Potatoes are one the best thing nature gave us. Made some lebanese style potatoes with garlic sauce. There was always a 50% that, if I stand too close of a lebanese takeout place, I'll take some. Ate them with veggy patties I made earlier.
After cutting and drying a bit the potatoes, add 2-3 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper and parsley. Bake them at 210°C for half an hour.
Take 3 garlic cloves (or two teaspoon of powdered garlic), chopp them finely in a food processor. Add a white egg and continue processing until obtaining a white and foamy texture. Gradually add canola oil (half a cup) and lemon juice (two tablespoon), and process until obtaining a creamy texture.
