Do you get enough sleep?😴 - I definitely do not get as much sleep as I should or want to. Some nights, like this one, I’m just too energetic to sleep. Its #friday 🙌🙌 Feeling pretty good today, and excited about today's menu as trying a couple of new things. I've definitely noticed my sleep is a lot deeper (probably got the lack of booze to thank for that), and I have more energy in the day. 5 days water fasting. Lost 8 pounds but honestly cannot tell any different in the pictures. It was a mental challenge to my mind and my body. I feel so much control over food craving. I appreciates food so much more. I feel refreshed. I literally heard my entire digestive system speaking to me. I gain so much understanding of my body. So yeah. I don't mind not seeing any different in the pictures. Most importantly, I pushed over 72 hours of fasting for autophagy, a process that forces our body to get rid of old cells and regenerate new ones. That was the primary reason for this fast. When you refeed, everything tasted so much better, a simple piece of cucumber, the sweetest of the green apple in the most raw form.
